The redesign is happening. Here's how to make sure it gets built.

The design is settled. What isn’t settled is whether it gets funded and built on schedule. Add your name so DOT, City Hall, and OMB can see how many people are waiting on it.

Where the Project Stands
DOT’s $1.8M design phase is underway. Public workshops were held in April 2026, DOT presented the study to Brooklyn Community Boards 6, 7, 8, 9, and 14 on June 2, 2026, and a further round of workshops has since concluded. DOT says it will begin scoping the budget and next steps for capital construction.
